Welcome to Nomomics, a global creator platform that enables users to earn, collaborate, and build their fandom. By accessing or using Nomomics, you agree to these terms and policies.

1. Terms of Service

1.1 Eligibility

Nomomics is available globally. Users of all ages may create accounts subject to:

  • Users 18+: may create accounts independently, complete KYC, and withdraw earnings directly.
  • Users under 18: must have parental/legal guardian consent and may require guardian verification before withdrawal.
  • Providing false age information may result in account suspension.

1.2 Account Responsibility

  • Provide accurate information.
  • Maintain account security and do not share login credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

1.3 Platform Features

Features include creator monetization, ad distribution, revenue sharing, content publishing, collaboration tools, analytics, and withdrawals. Features may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.

1.4 Revenue Split

  • Creator: 60%
  • Nomomics: 40%
  • Platform commission is deducted before earnings become withdrawable.
  • We may update this structure with notice.

1.5 Ad Distribution

  • Ads rotate among eligible content while advertiser budget remains.
  • No guaranteed earnings are promised.
  • Earnings depend on engagement, advertiser demand, and platform activity.

1.6 Prohibited Activities

  • Botting, artificial traffic, or manipulation of views/ad systems.
  • Illegal, abusive, or infringing content.
  • Impersonation, exploitation of minors, or platform disruption.

Violations may lead to earnings reversal, suspension, or permanent ban.

1.7 No Employment Relationship

Nomomics is a technology platform. Creators are independent users, not employees, partners, or agents of Nomomics.

1.8 Suspension and Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for policy violations, fraud, or legal/regulatory reasons. Earnings may be withheld during investigations.

1.9 Limitation of Liability

Nomomics is provided on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for loss of earnings, technical interruptions, third-party failures, or indirect damages.

1.10 Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

2. Creator Monetization Policy

  • Creators may earn through ad distribution, engagement systems, and campaign participation.
  • KYC and valid bank details are required for withdrawals.
  • For users under 18, guardian consent/verification may be required before withdrawal.
  • Suspicious earnings may be reviewed, delayed, or reversed.
  • No fixed income or minimum revenue is guaranteed.

3. Refund Policy

Advertisers

  • Payments are generally non-refundable once campaigns begin.
  • Where delivery issues occur, Nomomics may offer credit, partial refund, or campaign extension.

Creators

  • Platform commissions are non-refundable.
  • Withdrawn funds cannot be reversed.
  • Platform-caused payment errors are investigated and corrected.

4. Child Safety and Protection

  • Exploitation of minors is strictly prohibited.
  • Sexual content involving minors is strictly prohibited.
  • Abusive or harmful content targeting minors is strictly prohibited.
  • Violations result in immediate permanent removal and related enforcement actions.
